Hop, Skip & Jump will
bring a variety of sports, fitness games and activities to your child every week.
Our goal is to introduce and teach fundamental skills. As with academics, physical
development is a series of building blocks. For your child to be successful in
either a serious athletic sport or a recreational activity, basic motor and perceptual
skills need to be learned. Exposure to a variety of sports and activities will
enable your child to learn which ones are fun and enjoyable to him or her! This
is the key to developing healthy lifelong habits. Regular physical activity can
become a fun, and rewarding part of your child's life.

Hops, Skip & Jump Birthday Parties are also available. One hour of fabulous
fitness fun for birthday children between the ages of 3 and 8. A fitness professional
